General conditions

1.These terms and conditions apply to all orders. Each order constitutes an explicit agreement to these terms and conditions of sale.

2.The goods are shipped at the expense and risk of the customer to the delivery address provided by the customer.
3.If it is impossible to deliver the product, the agreement shall be dissolved by operation of law. The seller is obliged to inform the customer in writing before the delivery period has expired In case of partial delivery, each delivery will be considered as sold separately.
4.Prices are valid from the time of publication. After this they may change. Shipping costs are not included in the price.
5.Given the perishable nature of our products and current hygiene regulations, the buyer expressly waives the right not to purchase the product. As a result, no goods can be returned.
6.Complaints or disputes must be made in writing by registered letter under penalty of cancellation within 7 days of delivery. If the complaint is justified, our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods. Any liability of the seller is limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
7.The seller is not liable for the advice it gives, for errors on the website or in the technical data of the manufacturer or the courier company.
8.Belgian law shall apply to these sales conditions and all disputes shall be referred to the competent District Court of Bruges.
